Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Rawalpindi and Islamabad only, to the areas offered at checkout. The full list of areas is available from “Deliver to” at the top of every page and at checkout. We do not offer a nationwide courier delivery option at checkout.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you place your order: Rawalpindi Rs. 100 or Rs. 150, and Islamabad Rs. 250 or Rs. 300, depending on the area you choose. Orders above Rs. 3,000 are delivered free of charge, except for heavy, monthly and bulk orders over 25 kg (see below).
Minimum order
The minimum order is Rs. 500. Checkout is blocked below this subtotal.
Delivery times
Choose a time slot at checkout, today or tomorrow, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, every day. Time slots are 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Same-day slots close 90 minutes before they start. We will call you if a slot can’t be met.
Payment
Pay by Cash on Delivery, or by bank transfer at checkout.
Heavy, monthly and bulk orders over 25 kg
Free delivery does not apply to heavy, monthly and bulk orders over 25 kg, even if the order value is above Rs. 3,000, because delivery cost rises with weight, not value. For orders over 25 kg, including monthly packages of 40–60 kg, please contact us on WhatsApp +92-304-5393501 before ordering for a bulk delivery quote. Monthly Family Bundle: delivery is included in the bundle price — no separate delivery fee is added for the bundle, and the WhatsApp bundle quote includes delivery.
At delivery
