We deliver in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Choose “Deliver to” at the top of the page to see every area and its delivery fee.
How much is delivery?
The fee depends on your area and is shown before you place the order. Orders above the free-delivery amount shown in the top bar are delivered free.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The checkout tells you if your cart is below the minimum and how much more to add.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery: pay the rider when your order arrives. Bank transfer is also available at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
You choose a delivery slot at checkout, today or tomorrow, within our delivery hours.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number.
What if an item is out of stock or damaged?
We will call you to offer a substitute or remove it from your bill. Damaged or wrong items can be returned; see the Returns & Refunds policy.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see past orders and reorder faster.
